During my stay, the staff's attentiveness was remarkable. A special mention to Dinara, who surprised us with a delightful fruit basket and made us feel truly welcomed.

Despite the exceptional service, I found the room size to be smaller than expected. the noise from the busy road was a noticeable distraction, impacting my overall comfort.

The lack of room space and insufficient hooks in bathrooms hinders comfort. Management needs to ensure better soundproofing and address cramped room layouts!!!

Had a real mixed experience, eh? The room's set-up was cramped, and the breakfast was way below par. The staff were heaps friendly, though!

the delta is conveniently located close to the airport train, making travel easier. nearby, there are some nice casual restaurants and a supermarket. I really appreciated the helpful reception staff. also, the massage room was a lovely addition to my stay.

We had an incredible stay and loved the breathtaking view from our room along with the lovely fruit selection that was delivered to us. The indoor swimming pool and spa lounge provided the perfect relaxation after our busy days. The only downside was the window not closing tightly, which let in a bit of noise from outside, but it didn’t ruin our visit. 😊

The hotel was nice and clean, and the staff went above and beyond, especially the guest relations manager who gave us a super handy map for public transport. The food at the restaurant was tasty too! Just wished the taxi rides to some places weren't so expensive.
